She is the brightest shade of yellow,

And I’m just another blue patch of sky

She shines like a sun every morning

A lone truth in the sea of lies

She is the brightest shade of yellow,

And I’m just a lonely cloud

She is the beacon of my smiles,

The only one mine in this hostile crowd

And I’m an isolated stream,  

Catching all the golden rays,

To build her a beautiful dream

Trying to bask in her glory,

Hoping she is the one who’ll set me free
